Is there a ToDo list available because ive lost track of these RC versions  ;D
while i am here i also have one more question regarding scripting, is it likely that scripting functionality might change again like the older versions of PtokaX?

TODO for 0.4.0.0 is simple... when no bugs will be found in Release Candidate then 0.4.0.0 will be released, if bugs will be found then fix bugs and post new RC ;D

but there will always be bugs in software no matter what....even in full versions....
