Multi-hubbing with PtokaX

I've been searching everywhere for information on multi-hubbing with PtokaX.  Does anybody know of any links that explains exactly what it is and how to do it?  Or if you would like just to explain it, it would be appreciated.  I've tried searching the board and other PtokaX/ hubsoft websites but have found nothing.  Any help would be appreciated!

A small Explanation, with this software combined with the PtokaX software you can create a virtual Hub from two different Hubs.
those two hub will share the same userlist and Mainchat
so every message posted in one mainchat will appear in the onther Hub's MainChat, the same with Userlist
two hub will show the same amount of users.
