Very basic request:
In a text file's first line there should be a comment-like thing like:
# Shows the hub rules
1) No animal-pr0n!
The first line would contain the help text for the particular textfile, and would get into PtokaX's help. It could be further extended to support levels, like:
# "Shows the hub rules",-1
so -1 would be the lowest level allowed to read.
This way the text support would be more flexible.
