Running PtokaX + DiXBoT as a service

I've been having a lot of difficulty trying to get DixBoT to run as a service with PtokaX. Every time I start the service, DiXBoT seems to run, error out and deselect itself. After I stop the service and look at the config files, DiXBoT is set to not run. It runs fine in the GUI, which is surprising because the fact that an application is running as a service should be transparent to the application. Has anyone else been running into this problem?
