disconnect user by deflood

i want a help to configure the deflood system integrated in ptokax (0.3.3.1)
that options i must disabled or modified to avoid the disconnetion of user
this succeed when i want refresh nick list too
How can i do? ?(

that only happens if the person has a bad client, as it has been explained before,its not recommended that u disable it,  either way : disable the getnicklist in deflood settings .

but can I avoid that the user are repeatedly disconetted by the bot...
What is the normal setting, for a correct functioning...

It isn't possible tha the bot disconnect all users...operators too ;(

all users and operators too???, u obviouly messed with the settings or something is seriously wrong there the default setting is "disconnect - 1/ 120 min"
