Hi BARCA,
Unfortunately, the Gv4 series does not allow upgrade without having to redo settings (bar using the changelog to determine what has or has not changed between versions).
On a positive note, in Gv5 (currently under development) I am intending to provide an "upgrade" process which will allow upgrade while keeping all existing settings (althought please note, this will not work between Gv4.x and Gv5).
I also notice you posted this in client side; Grimoire has its own section on the forum and really belongs there.

Save IPs in what way? I've never looked at DixBot.

and if he changes the script will ban him automatically

The problem with binding usernames to IPs is that a lot of people have dynamic IP addresses.

I wish to have one(vote poll) which is decorative and has many facilities.
I want IP to save in such a way that if he changes his nick or pass he will be kicked or disconnected

wen a user regs its pass,nick & ip add is saved in dixbot script like that a function in grimoire by which user will never chnge nick or ip an fool owners.admin etc
