this site is hosted within a universety, and every 1ce in a while they have a problem with the main servers.
this causes the full network 2 be unreachable.
now angers doesn't have it's own IT department, but has a contract which is only during office hours.
so if the trouble starts outside these hours you can only expect it back during office hours.
so if the  crash happens on a saterday, it'll be back on monday morning.
