How can I make a DCTC (textbased client) client to enter my hub??

Any settings i must do? What I understand DCTC does not have a tag..

In newest version of ptokax (0.3.5.2) under Rules there is an Option: "Users without DC tag" > "Accept" // Will this do it?

Or can I edit the ClientTags.xml located in cfg folder file some how??

Or do you know any other textbased client (Debian) that works fine with my hubconf and supports TTH support (cant?t find any new textbased ones)??
