in which situations shoud a function OnExit() be executed?
Should the function also react to the client command !restartscripts ?
(Unknown client command are being sent to the hub)
I am asking this because for some reason I am not able to find the table-files that should have been saved.

Yes, onexit is executed whenever a script is stopped, that includes !restartscripts .
