::: Features :::
- Disables download & search to enabled profiles unless they share specified amount of data and open specified slots
- Sends a warning message to disabled profiles on action
- Sends full message to disabled profiles on given interval
- Sends fake HubINFO to hublist pingers to disable being recognised by pinger as 0 byte min share - 0 min slots
NOTE: Only active users can download from blocked users

Why is this. You can create a temp table to let passive users also connect to blocked active users! Ow... and the link is dead.
My last root got fucked by S4Y so i had to get myself a new one and am still busy getting everything uploaded again.
In the meantime you can get that file from -->link removed<-- but please bear with me as this backup page is running on my machine and my dsl line is not that strong ;)
