Disconnects from hub

Hello all

I got a problem i think i got 2 hubs running 1 public and 1 private both on ptokax
but now i got a little problem users getting disconnect by the hub for no reason

and some users are asking me why they getting disconnect.
im losing users by that prob

does anybody can solve this prob??
already tested ynhub but same prob.

im getting disconnected to in some hubs every 5 minutes but if im about 24hours in the hub then i dont get disconnected anymore
can it be my router or something???
because i had a bloody hacker a few weeks ago in my router and after that i got the prob
