Hi - Recently in my hub the main chat, at least for me as ADMIN I am getting these stupid MyInfo messages and I would REALLY like to stop them somehow. Either by turning it off or by fixing whatever is casuing the problems. Here is the message I am getting;

New client found: $MyINFO $ALL Biohazard_KLP
  • [/]PeerWeb DC++<ApexDC++ V:0.2.1,M:P,H:29/0/0,S:2>$ $Wireless$$32393539894$

    I am using PtokaX version 0.3.5.0 and I have RoboCop 10.021.

    In YnHub there use to be a command to add a new client but I can't figure it out.

    Thanks,
    Joshua

Check this: http://forum.ptokax.org/index.php?topic=6330#msg62597
So add the tag and the client name to the cfg\ClientTags.xml.

Sorry I am a little bit slow here, but what part of this line do I use???

Thanks,
Joshua

Is this what I added  "PeerWeb DC++<ApexDC++"

For those still wanting to know, I got this fixed and here is the command lines that I added to the clientTags file. If you are having the same problem in your hub with Apex++ then just copy what I have listed below. BTW, Apex is not a bad client. I switched after all this trouble and I really like it.

    <Client>
        <ClientTag>ApexDC++</ClientTag>
        <ClientName>ApexDC++</ClientName>
    </Client>

Cheers,
Joshua
