once again theres an update :)

*** BETA V:0.122 ***
- Added userinfo command (use the prefix with this too). This MUST be filled in to log and report child porn sharers!
- Removed alot of unnecessary controls
- Added detection for DC++ V:0.303... this version never existed, so all tags with it in are fake!
- Changed kick message for 403x to latest client instead of previous client
- Added detection for DC Temp files (I should have added this much earlier, I know)
- Added detection of bandwith throttlers (Thanks Meka)
- Bot timer resets to 00:00:00 when it gets disconnected. Same as hubsofts
- Added detection for idiots who have a 0.5 version tag when it clearly didnt exist
- When the bot recieves a PM, it replies "I am a bot! Don't bother talking to me! "
- Added a report function on so as chibi makes a report on child porn sharers. This way, its easier for ops to report to authorities
- Check CPReport.txt in the same directory as Chibi
- Added '+cpreport' command to see child porn sharer report (send this command in PM)(only OPs can use this)
- Added Disconnect button
- Added time and date on the kick log
- Added better detection for all the common Ruri_Ruri Destroyers
- Fixed the Active/Passive mode problem (Thanks Saoshyant)
- Added detection for PhantomDC (Thanks Saoshyant)
- Added detection for LDC (Thanks Saoshyant)
- Removed the search function as it is rather pointless
- GUI changed slightly
- Made a new patch version, but this one can only be used for BETA 0.122 (This version)
- Added detection for idiots who have a negative share (e.g -245436545453 in the share column)

this is a very big update and addresses alot of issues ppl have sent me. the main one being hub destroyers can get in, and spam. so ive sorted that out (alot more so anyway)
and in this version, if chibi find a suspected child porn file it will make a report and then kick the user
the report includes: nick, hub, offending file and directory, size of offending file, and TTH of the offending file.

again, any problems, bugs, errors... let me know :)

Ok I jus download 0.122 and my OPs get booted and I cant shut the thing up! lol it keeps tryn av convos wid ma BOT and sayin hello 2 people's tags! Please help!

hhmm... it shouldnt kick the ops
can you find out all the reasons it kicks ops..
maybe i missed a few lines of code out to check if the user is an op or not

It kicks em 4 using a diallowed client eg 0.403 but I don't want it to kick em, jus the users.

a simple way around it is in the hub profile settings, make it so chibi isnt allowed to kick ops

meanwhile ill have a look and see why chibi is kicking ops :\

Another coupla things, it only lets me add one nick to the permanant immune list, the rest go in temp column, and also a coupla users got kicked for using "destroyers". What are they? I only know of flooding tools which they weren't using  ?(

the exceptions must be a bug if it goes in the perm list, only ops go in the perm list, any users added go in the temp list
and as for the destroyers, most of my old destroyers could have been detected with a "?" (not a space, but an alt key).... plop never figured this... and this was the easiest way to stop them ;) as for some of the others (KNUCKLES, Azurewaters etc) their ban is based on their sharesize

EDIT: so in short, make sure nobody has the alt space in their description ^_^

hello, im (not) pleased to announce next version of chibi will be the last, ive pretty much had enough of DC now, its too much like a TV drama or something. so i intend to leave it and only use bittorrent for my files

Maybe it sounds strange but i miss everyone quitting DC and in the depths of my soul i have to agree. DC is not what is used to be 1-2 years ago. If somebody asked me about the details i could not explain but in november & december i already felt some bad taste. Moreover, the only thing i miss it for is the company of those few ppl i really like to discuss with,

I have decided to release an extra build of Chibi to sort a few bugs. This version will be untested - meaning i havent tested the updated code because i dont go on dc hubs now
