Error in login: No tak message

Hello,
I am running a very small DC hub using PtokaX 0.3.6.0

A registered user is not able to login, and he get the following error:
<No tak message>
then he is disconnected

??? What is wrong? ???

it is beacuas if his DC-Client
he is using a DC-Client that is not sendig the TAG. in some cases you can emulate DC++, this has then to be chosen in Favorites, most of the times.
After that it will work
or he has to take the basic DC++ client
