Easy right click popup window for unbanning in Ptokax

I have a question,

is it not possible to make a Easy right click popup window for unbanning in Ptokax?
So when you right click in the banlist in Ptokax that you ease unban users that are in the ban list.

I made it in Px Remote Administration, dunno if it's easy to implement in C, but I think yes. I support the idea too.
