is it possible have the tags of DC clients to insert in the file ClientTags.xml to autorize other DC Client (example FullDC, rmDC++)?

Not at the moment.  Even scripts cannot append to this file. :P
Anyway fulDC++'s tag is always <++ :)
And who cares about backdoor infested, gpl breaking, pile of shit. (rmDC++ aka VeryBuggyClient). ?
