Hi
Cant see the tags of users in the hub the column is blank im set as netfounder and also master any ideas.

be sure that PtokaX has sending of the tags to you turned on.
It is in the GUI. I don't know if RoboCop has this kind of a feature, but try looking at its settings too.

if it is a PtokaX issue please let us know so that the thread can be moved to the appropriate section.

checked ptokax settings cant see anything wrong if you can tell me the exact setting i need to check would be helpful.

Go to the 'Options' in PtokaX.
Then look for the 'MyINFO Processing' part. ( its supposed to be just under the 'Options' button )
Make sure the following two..
that the 'Strip Tag' option isn't checked.
and that your profile is allowed to Receive Full MyINFOs (through the Profile Manager...) if the 'Always Send full MyINFOs' part is set to 'Only to Allowed Profiles'
