Use different port for different hub and all work ok. For examlpe:

127.0.0.1:411 = hub1.no-ip.org:411
127.0.0.1:412 = hub2.no-ip.org:412
127.0.0.1:413 = hub3.no-ip.org:413

I tried regging the address with different port numbers ,server failed to accept them
However I shall keep at it.

By the way  Do you mind if I use your profile picture as my background on desktop
Also like you web site  I will share it with my hub users.

Did you make sure to change both of the TCP ports and UDP port?

I run three (or 4 hubs here depending on the testing I want to do) and they all run fine providing they are on different ports.
