I need one script.
Its possible make One block downloads whit tag? For exemple. One users whit tag [PT] can download other users whit same tag and others contry tag are locked? And script whit comand for user unlock this function.
The Portuguese connection sucks. we have limits for download. +/- 20 GB Internacional and 50 National. I want acepte all contry people in my Hub but e need the locked for ppl can download Only national.
