Latest Script

Hello everyone !
I needed a script which would create a command !share for all users(incl. unreg). E.g. Syntax !share <Magnet-Link-of-file>.
It should store the <Magnet-Link-Of-File> in a txt file under my Texts folder . Another command !latest could display the last 15-20 stored <Magnet-Link-Of-Line> in that text file to users when they type the command !

If anyone can help me out I'd be grateful !THANKS
