Not sure if this can be done but a inactivity script that checks if a op has been active banning, kicking, Logged in even and if he/she hasn't block or delete account or depromote to vip.
if they havent done anything for a defined time or a logger for checking op activity on hub that checks when a operator made a command ex. kick ban etc
Result might look like this
1. <name> last command issued: 2 weeks ago
2. <name> last command issued: 5 minutes ago
2. <name> last command issued: 3 hours ago
