Hello it?s me again.

Here the release off the HelloByeUser-lua  v 1.00
Tested with Ptokax v 0.3.6.0 and RoboCopv 10.023

This is what the lua does:
* On user connect or disconnect it gifs an announcement like:
   User Trying please stay it is nice here on this Wednesday morning at 10:00:05 our!!
   The lua gifs Day, Day part and Day time in the announcement.
   After few sec kickbalk clean up
* On 00:00, 06:00, 12:00, and 00:00 our something like this is generated

      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

         Yes it is now 06:00:00   our, so it is Saturday morning.

I have modified it in a mix from English and Dutch.
However the main lines in the bar are in Dutch and English something like this:

EN:
