DiXBoT Request and DiXBoT Release

Hi Guys I have just noticed that DiXBoT has
DiXBoT Request and DiXBoT Release
shown http://dixbot.com/forums/p/98/208.aspx#208

Now this will be very important for me to have, why am I saying have
well I have the latest version of PtokaX 0.4.0.0b & I have
DiXBoT. (DiXBoT v2.0 Build 2661)

now when it comes to looking for DiXBoT Request and DiXBoT Release
inside DiXBoT. (DiXBoT v2.0 Build 2661) I cant find it.

when I even type some of the commands


!rexconfig
!reqshow : Show Entries in Request Section.
!req : Set Request section True/False.
!reqdel : Del an Entry in Request.
!reqann : Set Request Announce True/False and Mode.
!reqshownr : Show Detailed View of a Request.
!rexconfig : Show Req/Rel config.
!reqbot : Set Request BotName.
!reqmaxage : Set Request Max Age.
!reqadd : Add a New Entry to Request.

i get the following as nothing cause there is no such command or the pericular mod is missing.

can anyone advise
