hey guys i am using Ptokax DC 0.3.5.1 Lua 5.1 

I wanted to ask tht how can i make an internet ip for my hub...like if any user is not able to connect thru lan thn he can connect thru internet.,,wat do i have to do for this??]

eg: One of the hub in our network has the following ip

PtokaX listens on hub ports, yeah. They are TCP ports. Forward them in your router.

Just my 5? worth - That ain't no IP - an IP is something like 172.x.x.x and you cant make your own internet IP.

What you can do is make your own DNS via Dyndns or No-IP or such.
