Is it possible to see in DiXBoT a feature which can limit bandwidth and which can be used profile wise.
Actually the thing i want to do is..
I have allowed all unreg users to download from the hub but at the same time i want to limit their bandwidth so that they get low speed compared to that of the other users. Is it possible to get such a feature in dixbot ?

No, It's P2P Peer to peer network.
Client to client
Hub can not in any way handle transfers from / to clients...
It can block Connection's between clients, but after the connections request has been send / received, Hub can't do shit.
