Do there is a programm whit who can create hub logos for DC++ , oDC .etc. ?
mmm aaa mm aa

enema

You can use Ascgen... but most of hub owners create those MOTD with notepad

BoJlk

Google for "ASCII art"
just remember that the ASCII arts are FONT specific
that means usually are desinged for best view with the default Microsoft Sans Serif font.
Just keep inmind when desinging a new ASCII logo

oh, yes... forgot to mention about that :)

anyways, I always use notepad! ~~~ is like my background to MOTD and # as a foreground, after that I use replace function where # is replaced with 8, o or 0 and ~ is replaced with two spaces!

BoJlk

you mean with those symbols ~ you can make a background of the LOGO and it won't be affected by font type?

If you create logo in notepad and copy it into DC++ chat, it allways slides somehow and you cant understand anything from that logo! If u use ~ and # for your logo it doesnt happen because in MS sans serif both symbols width are the same...

You can also create logo using 8, 0 or o, but you must remeber that in MS sans serif two "spaces" = one "8", "0" or "o"... that means, if in notepad logo looks perfect, after pasting it in chat it will collapse.... so you will have to replace one "space" with two "spaces"

Acctually in place of "8", "0" and "o" you can also use "p", "d" and "b"

You can also create new word document and set font to MS sans serif and size to 6 (I must try this one :))
