These RAWs are mostly for OPclients.
The newer RAWs are for zK++ BE and zK++ 0.73+. Zion was also using newer RAWs. Apex might also use this RAWs. If someone else can confirm which clients are using this, feel free to post it in this topic.
Basicly any mod of sDC++ 2.x has the new raw system
Not sure when they implemented into DC++ if it was at 0.69* or 0.7* so all new clients
