Anybody care to fill me in as to why LUA was used on PTX and not a more common, well known language like C/C++?
My tutors havent even heard of LUA!!
So why was it used and who on earth made this language?

well c/c++ has to be compiled, lua is a c++ scripting langauge, check there site owt @

Its probably one of the best ever scripting langauges going, commonly uses in games.....excellent style, clean to write, and its pretty simple once uget the hang..
