download blocker script question

before i spend time implementing this into my hub, i have a question.

Does using this (only reg can download) take any more average bandwidth from the hub? or less?

don't think it could use less bandwidth because they still need to use your bandwidth to connect to the hub and be able to chat in the hub so probably uses the same amount of bandwidth but more secure :)

I would say probably slightly more, as rather than 2 clients connecting successfully, they will continue to send connection requests that are blocked by the script.
