Post by: Troubadour on 14 July, 2004, 09:34:44
Stat-logger is a script to write all info to a file when a user logs in (name, e-mail, ip and share)
command to view the file is !statlog

** Download Stat-Logger ** (http://www.djbert.org/Troubadour/Stat-Logger01.rar)

I really wanted to use this script , but since it's encrypted....i can't.
My problem is that i run a Portuguese hub , for Portuguese users...
...i can't introduce a "english script" , though 70% speaks english.
Hope you understand. ;)

Give me a pm with your e-mail and i'll send you a uncompiled version to use
just say wich bot it is in the pm!

But other people of the hub can't use it, it is only for the owner to use the command at this moment (user.iProfile == 0)

Troubadour

Title: Request
Post by: Fifide2e on 15 July, 2004, 21:11:03
Hi, can u make it a daily stats, because of the many users the log gets too full... So u can like send a command like this:

!statlog 15/07/2004

Also, it would be nice if the command could also be sent in Pm to the bot itself in stead of the mainchat.

If you won't do it, it's fine too.
If you will, many many thanks in advance.

Ok, i read your opinions and decided to do it earlier so you can enjoy the new version.
Also decided to release it as uncompiled lua source.
So here it is.

-- Stat-logger 0.2 by Troubadour
-- to write all info to a file with the date of that day when users log in (name, e-mail, ip and share)
-- command for viewing the files is !
-- for example !280704 is the command to view the file of 28 juli 2004

** Download Stat-Logger2 ** (http://www.plop.nl/ptokaxbots/Troubadour/StatLogger02.rar)

Troubadour

-- Stat-logger 0.3 by Troubadour
-- created a seperated config file + gui
-- command for viewing the files is !
-- for example !280704 is the command to view the file of 28 juli 2004

** Download Stat-Logger03 ** (http://www.plop.nl/ptokaxbots/Troubadour/Stat-Logger3.rar)

With Stat-Logger 2, the txt is not always right. Example: I get in this file -> 261204.txt  also logs from the 27-12-04  and   28-12-04.  So the commands !271204 and !281204 are not avalaible.

Can you fix that please?  :]

Did spent a lot of time on searching the bug, but it doesn't show here.
I can't find it yet, but will keep searching for it.

I have also noticed that bug.  I have also noticed another bug where the script will not create a new txt file for each day unless the script is restarted.  Could you possibly include something so that the script automatically creates a new txt file for each day?

Also could you make it so that the script organizes the txt file in alpha order or so that all the names are together.

One more thing that would also be great is for the script to show also what time the user signs off.

Thanks!

Zeel

I fully agree with Zeel! Nice idea...

Maybe Troubadour would like to modify his script a little and release v. 0.4  :D
