Take 3 letters from family name, + Take 3 letters from mother family name
This is 1 word of nick

Take 3 letters from name, + 3 first letters from mother name
This is second word of nick.

I'm not quite sure how you want to turn this into a hub game.
Hubs are not aware of ones parents names.
Please try and explain some more.
