I need a script to block certain user to download from me...
!block <username> <reason>
!unblock <username> <reason>
Blocked user will get a message that his blocked to download from <username> and <reason>
Blocked user can download from others, but not from OP who blocked him...
Ops cannot block each other, only regs and vips...
Only Ops can use this command
