Text reader

Hello Im trying to script a little mainbot, but im a pretty noob on Lua, you now think Wtf? why is he then trying to make an Mainbot, thats because i want to pump my skills up a bit higher for Lua.

If someon1 is possible to make me an Text reader in Lua5, i really apreciate this is because i need to send the !rules from a textfile and i dont know how. so the request is:

If someon1 could make me a script when type !rules its opens the textfile for THAT profile, i have the text files:

Rules_user
Rules_reg
Rules_vip
Rules_op
Rules_mod
Rules_netf
Rules_master

If its possible to add a !help 2 with the same thingy as above with the textfiles:

Help_user
Help_reg
Help_vip
Help_op
Help_mod
Help_netf
Help_master

-- So simple as possible so its possible to put this in my mainbot OFFCOURSE! a thanx will be in!

Ok this scirpt works fine for me, but its a bit too hard to put it in for me, i have aked Madman for a bit help and he did throwed his own in,,,, sorry stonedb but thanks for your time of scripting this.
