Language translater

Ok i got a big request for a script? i think it would take help from all scripters in here ..

Im after a script that would translate words into other language .
For example You would type word in pop up box? , press ok ,and another box that would ask what language you wish to use
then the translated word would go to main chat.

If some1 could write the script so that it gets words from a database(or where-ever) im sure other others can help with more Language
