every time when i do !banip ip i get this: access violation at adress 00559161 in module ptokax.exe. Write of address 00000001D

Whats wrong? even with a fresh Ptokax

and some other thing, when i do !ban nick reason from a user in the user list i get: *** Error: xxxuser is not in my UserList.

ans that user is 100% sure in my list...

You do know that these commands are case sensitive ??
ie Fred is not the same user as fred ?

you're using ptokax TD 4.99?
if yes...try to use TD4 (official version)
