Warning script

i'm looking for a client side script that listens in the main chat window for certain phrases and if it finds the phase perfoms the associated action.

What is needed is when an OP (and an op only) types in a message of the form

<[xxxx]OPname> WARNING User [xxx]xxxxxxxxxx is EXTERNAL - please close any connections to this user

that 3 things should happen:
1) the text should be highlighted in red
2) the client should close all connection to that user
3) that user should be removed from the clients upload queue
[4) if possible a sound should be played to warn the client that this is happening - much less important]

is this at all possible?
