DiXBoT v1.2 Build 2548 Beta (PtokaX 0.3.6.0)

This is the first Public beta build of the next version of DiXBoT.
It's currently being tested by a growing number of hubs including two hubs in the 500-2000 users range.

Imho you should only run this if you're familiar with PtokaX

Bugs can be reported to me in PM in the demohub @ demo.dixbot.com:1209 or on the DiXBoT Website.
