Script To Set Area Name To Ip Range

  hi,
      I am running a hub on local lan which has different ip ranges for different locations.

      Is it possible to get a script where in i can set the area name to ip range which will appear in users description.

      So it will look like

      Will be greatfull if someone helps me in getting such a script.
