Can any1 explain the Anti MoGLO Description Function  ?(

I tries the Forum's Serach but didn't found anything about this weird Function.

if you mean the function in ptokax, then it is a function that stops people who are using MoGLO to search inside your hub.

Moglo is an tool

with that tool you can search all the hubs of direct connect.

Good for users .. You can search loads of hubs at once

Bad for hub owners .. Increased bandwidth usage from lots of these search bots

it can be good for hubowners, since you can only search with moglo not download.

When the user finds an certain file he still have to connect to your hub with a normal client.

That means you may have a new user.

So the MoGLO is a Client Software that Searches in a lot of Hubs, but not downloads according to [NL]Pur.

It's currently not active in my Hub, so ppl using the MoGLO tool in my Hub are able search with MoGLO?!

That's Strange, Then the User using this tool is able to use MoGLO only in Hub where this settings aren't active?

That's correct, the Moglo can't connect to your hub if you check the specific box.
