is there any firewalls other then panda that can  allow only ip or range to connect to programs that you have on the computer like ptokax?

Hmm, it does not list Asntivir, but recent surveys showed that it's the best freeware antivirus out there.
Everything could have been anything else and it would have just as much meaning.
