forgot 2 copy deflood 2.0 and 3.0 to my local webserver.
thats why only version 1.0 showed up on my site.
grab 3.0 and read the header on how 2 change the disconnect 2 a ban.

Using a fake tag gets past a script that blocks mode 5 (proxy) .. At least people that make hub flooders/destroyers give scripters something to work on and improve on the scripts to block the flooders.
