Bug in PtokaX DC Hub 0.3.5.1

Pothead

The Default Temp Ban time, keeps on reverting to 100 mins, after a restart. 
I tried manually editing the ini, but on opening again, it changes back to 100 mins.

Working ok here, and in source is nothing changing this value to 100  :o

What scripts are you running?
Everything could have been anything else and it would have just as much meaning.

When i tested before I posted, none.
Just had another go with no scripts running, and still experience the same behaviour.  ???

Default temban time is in source changed to 20 if no value or 0 value is in .ini. And to 15 is changed when is this settings changed to 0  ::)
