In short.. it can be unstable connection. Some app (firewall, antivirus] can cause that...
Bad IP in CTM: Users have wrongly configured active mode in theyr clients ::)

Btw, I was using Kapersky Internet Security as my antivirus.
The Application Control doesn't control the PtokaX. (It's trusted and uncontrolled)
I have been tested it without running any antivirus or firewall enabled but the WSAECONNRESET still occured.
Any other settings should I required to set?
