Hi,

Request for PtokaX: A VPNArrival. When a user connects with the hub and is logged in, the UserIP != HubIP.

Reason of the request: I run a 10mbit+ hub, where ppl sometimes use VPN to get an allowed (ip)ranged IP. They are too slow, and I can only check them with my client (manually).

This can be coded, no new arrival needed.
