If the user write it to the main, it will occure immediately, but in PM you can add a timer: user can write it X times for Y minutes, but he get a message, that he typed a forbidden word, and the other user didn't get the message.
Avaible commands are:
!addforbidden <what> <[where]> - To add new forbidden
!delforbidden <what> - To delete forbidden
!listforbidden - To list forbiddens
!addexception <what> <[where]> - To add new exception
!delexception <what> - To delelete exception
!listexception - To list exceptions
!fbsettings - To get the settings list
!fbtime - To set the timer
!fbquote - To set the messages under timer
!fbbantime - To set the time on timeban
!fbrediraddr - To set the redirect adress
!fbtodo - To set the action
You can get more details from the setting when you write just the command, without parameters. Every add/del/list command has a shorter version: !afb !dfb !lfb !aex !dex !lex .

Yes. As the most of the forbidden scripts, filter the forbidden words, and it has an exception list also. I thought it was stark after the introductory. Maybe try to read again it, or download and try the commands if you interested in in it :)
