I was wondering, In my BanList(Log), After say 10000 lines(bans then) current file is being backup:ed... to another file...
And current file is being nil:ed...
is that possible and if, how???
Have seen that Chilla's Ranger has a system...
Gonna check that but I would want more solusions to my idea or developing... :-) plz help me out...

How about making one a day.. or week.. or ...
You can use: rename(filename1, filename2) and remove(filename) for your cause...
You can always have a counter at the top of the files, something like number of entries... or even in a different file... just the counter that is...

i use the date as start of the filename, so @ midnight it automaticly makes a new file.
can't be simpler and it's easy 2 search for something when you have 2.
