download watch with nick of sender and downloader

hi.
i want to know that is their any script through which i can see the download items from my hubs that is what is downloaded and from where to whom.
also i also want  to know wheter thr is any script in which user can register himself with !regme without op help and also non registered users are also allowed to join hub , download like all... and there should not be any time limit of dem to register

There are self-registration scripts (please search) but there is no way for the hub to retrieve what gets downloaded and how much.
