Another Offline script, why? yeah why?

When a user is added as offliner,
e.g. addoffline , and when he goes offline,
then to all other offliners,
a new user is sent nick[OFFLINE],
if you send that user a message  it will
be stored till he returns, and then sent to him.
check offlinehelp  anyways
