lag, users disconnected & up/download's speed capped

Some days ago, we started having problems with our connection.
1. There's high lag and lots of users often get disconnected at the same time like this:

and when they try to reconnect they either get "*** Connection reset by server" or ""*** Connection timeout". But, the hub is online and there are other users on it. What's the reason for all this? Is there any solution?

2. Some months ago, our internet provider capped the download/upload speed. is there any way to bypass it?

The hub is running PtokaX DC Hub 0.3.2.6 TestDrive 4.99 on a P4, 2.4 Ghz and 512 RAM with Robocop 7a and antipub.

i see alot of 'use offical version of ptokax' but...

when u go to download it...the link at the ptokax page goes to the testdrive 4.99 version for the offical release...

where can i get it from!?

aswell as that release has 2 ptokax dirs...the main dont work and the copy in folder 'ptokax test drive...' works fine...

i think there need to be a proper site put up with correct downloads of ptokax...not fake copyies and bad links!

anyways this is just my mind...and let me know where to get an offical release that dont link to testdrive on the downloads page! =]

There is no way to bypass the cap. They do not cap the speed just bandwith eg u may only be able to use 1gb a doy or maybe 25gb a munth.The only way around this is to change ISP.
