To make a hub you wil need to download a Hub software like Ptokax and a scrpit 4 it if it uses them so if u use ptokax u wil need a script and ptokax. Baseically u run the server program ptokax on ur pc which lets people connect to it and u have a hub!!!

You should also consider that the process of having a Hub can be more time consuming than anything ....its a continious process IMHO ...
